Speech-Language Pathologist Job Description

At Ensign Therapy, we are seeking a skilled Speech-Language Pathologist to join our team. As a Speech-Language Pathologist, you will be responsible for evaluating and treating patients with communication, cognitive, and swallowing disorders.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Evaluate patients with communication, cognitive, or swallowing disorders and develop appropriate plans of care.
  • Provide rehabilitative, skilled, and medically necessary treatment interventions to patients with communication, cognitive, and/or swallowing disorders.
  • Evaluate treatment outcomes for effectiveness and modify services as needed.
  • Provide consultation and counseling to patients, families, caregivers, and other service providers related to speech disorders.
  • Document all regulatory and clinically required information in the electronic documentation system and maintain patient records according to company policy.
Qualifications:
  • Licensed Speech-Language Pathologist
  • This position is open to SLPs at all experience levels
