Job Title: Private Duty Nurse LPN

We are seeking a compassionate and skilled Private Duty Nurse LPN to join our team at Aveanna Healthcare LLC. As a Private Duty Nurse, you will provide one-on-one care to our patients in their homes, helping them to recover and thrive in a comfortable and familiar environment.

Responsibilities:
  • Implement physician-prescribed plans of care for patients
  • Conduct patient assessments and coordinate care with healthcare teams
  • Administer prescribed medications, treatments, and therapies
  • Document care provided in a timely and compliant manner
  • Teach and train family members on health promotion and disease management
  • Accept and write verbal orders from physicians as required
Requirements:
  • Active, unencumbered LPN license in the state of practice
  • Current CPR certification from American Red Cross or American Heart Association
  • TB skin test within the last 12 months
  • 6 months prior hands-on nursing experience preferred
  • Reliable transportation
