About the Role

Avenica is seeking a highly skilled Insurance Account Manager to join our team. As a Personal Lines Insurance Specialist, you will be responsible for providing exceptional client service to an existing book of personal accounts, while also educating clients on personal lines insurance options.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage a book of personal accounts, including marketing to carriers and preparing quotes and proposals.
  • Respond to policy inquiries and maintain accurate and organized account files.
  • Develop and maintain productive business relationships with customers to increase access and sales results.
  • Stay current with database information and reporting.
  • Handle all accounts assigned to you, as well as any other accounts that may need assistance.
Requirements
  • Must be legally authorized to work for any employer in the US.
  • Property and casualty license required.
  • 4-5+ years of insurance experience required.
  • High school diploma required.
