We provide our HHAs with competitive pay ($18-$22 per hour), direct deposit, paid orientation and ongoing training, time-and-a-half pay for overtime and holidays, flexible schedules, matching HHAs with nearby clients, and employee recognition programs.

As a Home Health Aide with SYNERGY HomeCare, your responsibilities will include:

  • Providing attention to clients' non-medical needs, including companionship and social engagement
  • Providing personal care to clients as needed
  • Assisting clients with light housekeeping, meal preparation, and medication reminders
  • Establishing communication and a professional relationship with clients, family members, and co-workers
  • Providing reliable care by being punctual and consistently covering shifts
