Job Overview

We are seeking a dedicated Care Manager to provide exceptional care and services to our residents and their families in our assisted living and reminiscence neighborhoods.


Responsibilities
  • Build Meaningful Relationships

The successful candidate will be responsible for building strong relationships with a specified number of seniors and their families, providing assistance with activities of daily living, attending to individual care needs, and getting to know their unique preferences and personalities.

Care Planning and Coordination

The Care Manager will work closely with the community team to develop and implement individualized service plans (ISPs) that cater to the unique needs and preferences of our residents.

Risk Management and Compliance

The candidate will be responsible for ensuring compliance with OSHA regulations and promoting risk management programs and policies within the community.

Customer Service and Hospitality

The successful candidate will be expected to provide exceptional customer service and maintain Sunrise hospitality and service standards at all times.


Requirements and Qualifications
  • Dedication to Serving Seniors

We are looking for individuals who share our commitment to providing exceptional care and service to seniors and their families.

Qualifications and Certifications

The ideal candidate will possess a High School diploma/GED, relevant certifications, and a minimum of 18 years of age.

Previous Experience Working with Seniors

While not mandatory, previous experience working with seniors is preferred.
