Position Overview:
As a key member of the finance team at R1 RCM, the Senior Revenue Accountant will play a crucial role in the assembly, consolidation, evaluation, interpretation, and analysis of financial and accounting data.

Key Responsibilities:
- Reconcile and adjust general ledger accounts, bank statements, and financial reports.
- Identify and alert management to financial discrepancies and provide alternative solutions for moderately complex accounting challenges.
- Develop planning templates for Financial Planning and Analysis; assess fluctuations in projections and present findings to management for review.

Areas of Focus:
This role encompasses various responsibilities, including but not limited to:
- Corporate accounting
- Management of fixed and intangible assets
- Accounting for foreign subsidiaries
- Acquisition accounting

Daily Activities:
- Conduct moderately complex accounting tasks and engage significantly in the monthly closing process.
- Evaluate current processes and reconciliations for potential enhancements, implementing efficient solutions as necessary.
- Contribute to smaller components of larger, intricate accounting projects and lead less complex accounting initiatives.
- Communicate inconsistencies and issues to management promptly.
- Collaborate closely with departments across the company to ensure accurate and timely representation of accounting information.
- Apply sound business judgment and acumen, understanding the financial operations of supported departments, divisions, and business units.
- Ensure compliance with internal controls as part of the Company's SOX program.

Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience required.
- A minimum of 5 years of experience is essential, with a preference for public accounting experience.
- Professional certifications such as CPA, CMA, CIA, or a master's degree are preferred.

Compensation:
The base pay range for this position is $52,000 to $66,215. Individual compensation will be determined based on role, level, location, job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training.
