  • Communication: Effectively communicate with associates, department managers, and other stakeholders to ensure seamless execution of operations.
Requirements
  • Education: High school graduate or equivalent preferred.
  • Leadership Experience: Proven leadership experience in a fast-paced retail environment.
  • Customer Service Skills: Excellent customer service skills, with the ability to provide fast, easy, and friendly service.
  • Communication Skills: Effective communication skills, with the ability to communicate with associates, department managers, and other stakeholders.
  • Problem-Solving Skills: Proven problem-solving skills, with the ability to identify and resolve operational issues.
Physical Requirements
  • Standing and Walking: Ability to stand 100% of the time, with occasional walking short distances.
  • Lifting and Carrying: Ability to lift and carry products weighing up to 15 lbs. continuously, 25 lbs. frequently, and approximately 100 lbs. on occasion.
  • Visual Ability: Sufficient visual ability to check ID cards.
