Job Description:

A Sales Manager is responsible for leading and guiding a team of sales people in the dealership. Key responsibilities include setting sales goals & quotas, building a sales plan, analyzing data, assigning sales training, and mentoring team members.

 

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Minimum high school diploma or GED equivalent required
  • Prior sales leadership – dealership experience required
  • Excellent communication and customer service skills
  • Strong computer & phone skills (Internet, MS Outlook, CRM)
  • Strong understanding of inventory control
  • Desk deals for sales professionals and take T.O.'s to maximize deal potential
