About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Trauma Sales Associate to join our team. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for supporting the sales of Stryker Trauma products to meet the needs of our customers.

Under the guidance of a seasoned Trauma Sales Representative, you will gain valuable experience and exposure to our proven sales methodology. You will receive comprehensive training on our Trauma product portfolio and develop a deep understanding of surgical procedures.

As a Trauma Sales Associate, you will be expected to build strong relationships with customers, provide exceptional customer service, and drive sales growth. You will work closely with our sales team to identify opportunities, develop sales strategies, and achieve sales targets.

Key Responsibilities
  • Support the sales of Stryker Trauma products to meet customer needs
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with customers
  • Provide exceptional customer service and support
  • Drive sales growth and achieve sales targets
  • Collaborate with the sales team to identify opportunities and develop sales strategies
Requirements
  • High school diploma or equivalent required; bachelor's degree preferred
  • 1-2 years of sales experience in a medical device or related industry
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet sales targets
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and other sales software
