Daily Responsibilities
Insight Global is in search of a laboratory technician to join a dynamic team. The ideal candidate should possess a minimum of one year of relevant experience, whether in an academic or professional laboratory environment. The technician will collaborate with a group of approximately 15 professionals dedicated to the genetic analysis of hereditary disorders.
This role involves critical tasks such as:
- Logging and monitoring patient samples for genomics carrier screening and molecular single-gene analyses.
- Preparing samples for examination by extracting and purifying DNA.
- Engaging in research initiatives focused on innovative molecular gene testing and gene expression evaluation, including Karyomapping.
- Conducting SNP-based assays and meticulously documenting findings.
Additional responsibilities include effective coordination and communication with team members. The work schedule is set from Sunday to Thursday, from 10:00 AM to 6:30 PM.
