Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled EEG Technician to join our team at RWJBarnabas Health. As an EEG Technician, you will be responsible for performing EEG tests, monitoring patient status, and reporting findings to physicians.

Key Responsibilities
  • Conduct EEG tests and gather patient medical history
  • Prepare patients for procedures and explain testing procedures
  • Monitor patient status and note any abnormalities during testing
  • Report findings to physicians for further analysis
Requirements
  • High School Diploma
  • BLS certification
  • EEG Board registration
  • Certified in Video Monitoring (preferred)
  • Knowledge of neurodiagnostic tests (preferred)
Work Environment

This is a per diem position with varied scheduling requirements. The ideal candidate will be able to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced medical environment.
