Nurse Practitioner

We are seeking a skilled Registered Nurse to join our team at Trinity Health Of New England. As a key member of our primary care team, you will play a vital role in delivering high-quality patient care and contributing to our mission of providing compassionate and personalized healthcare.
Key Responsibilities- Provide exceptional patient-centered care through scholarly scientific inquiry, compassion, and advocacy.
- Communicate effectively with colleagues, patients, and family members to ensure seamless care coordination.
- Educate patients and families on their care plans, promoting transparency and empowerment.
- Utilize computer-based applications, email, and standard software to streamline clinical documentation and communication.
- Demonstrate problem-solving, conflict resolution, and positive communication skills through effective teamwork.
- Graduate of an accredited R.N. program.
- Current Connecticut R.N. license and CPR certification required; Advanced Cardiac Life Support certification preferred.
- 2 years of related clinical and/or hospital experience, or previous experience in a hospital or ambulatory care setting preferred.
