Oxford Consulting Services, Inc. is seeking a dedicated Speech Language Pathologist to deliver home-based therapy for adults with disabilities through the Division of Developmental Disabilities (DDD).

Key Responsibilities:

  • Deliver Speech Language Pathology services to clients aged 21 and older in various settings including group homes and private residences.
  • Assess and support clients in areas such as speech clarity, fluency, and language skills.
  • Develop individualized treatment plans with a focus on client and family needs.
  • Enjoy flexible scheduling options to accommodate your availability.
  • Uphold confidentiality in accordance with HIPAA and relevant regulations.

Qualifications:

  • Current New Jersey Speech Language Pathologist license.
  • ASHA Certification of Clinical Competence (CCC).
  • Master's degree in Speech Language Pathology.
  • Minimum of one year of experience working with adults in home-based or clinical settings.
  • Strong clinical skills and interpersonal abilities.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
