Position Overview:

We are seeking a qualified Speech Language Pathologist to deliver home-based services to adults with disabilities through the Division of Developmental Disabilities (DDD). This role offers flexibility in scheduling, allowing you to tailor your work hours to fit your availability.


Key Responsibilities:
  • Deliver Speech Language Pathology services to clients aged 21 and older in various settings, including group homes and private residences.
  • Assess and support clients in areas such as speech, articulation, fluency, and language development.
  • Develop and implement individualized treatment plans with a client-first approach.
  • Maintain confidentiality in accordance with HIPAA and other relevant regulations.

Qualifications:
  • Current New Jersey Speech Language Pathologist license.
  • ASHA CCC's certification.
  • Master's degree in Speech Language Pathology.
  • Minimum of one year of experience working with adults in home-based or clinical settings.
  • Strong clinical and interpersonal skills.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication abilities.
