  • Develop and implement strategies to drive sales growth, improve customer satisfaction, and increase profitability.
  • Manage restaurant operations, including inventory control, labor management, and maintenance of high standards of cleanliness and safety.
  • Recruit, train, and develop staff to ensure they have the skills and knowledge needed to deliver excellent customer service and achieve business objectives.
  • Monitor and control costs, including labor, inventory, and overheads, to ensure the restaurant operates within budget.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with customers, suppliers, and other stakeholders to drive business growth and improve customer satisfaction.
Requirements
  • 4-year college degree preferred.
  • Minimum of 2 years of experience as a Restaurant Manager or Assistant General Manager with a proven track record of success in a similar role.
  • Strong leadership and management skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire a team to achieve business objectives.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with customers, staff, and other stakeholders.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and make decisions quickly and effectively.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret data and make informed decisions.
