Training will be provided on our specific software. While prior experience in the lawn care sector is advantageous, it is not a prerequisite.

  • Responding to incoming calls from customers and potential clients
  • Conducting outbound calls to follow up on estimates and ensure customer satisfaction
  • Promoting and selling services over the phone
  • Maintaining accurate customer data records
  • Processing documentation from sales and service team members
