Responsibilities
- Diagnose and treat various medical conditions.
- Develop and implement comprehensive treatment plans.
- Conduct thorough medical examinations and histories.
Requirements
- MD or DO Degree, AND
- Successful completion of an ACGME-accredited residency program, AND
- A passion for providing clinically excellent care
- Successful completion of a Hospice and Palliative Medicine or Geriatric Medicine fellowship, OR
- Current Board Certification in Palliative Care, OR
- Significant experience (minimum 2 years) in a focused Palliative Care program
