Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and Implement Quality Control Processes
  • Conduct regular inspections of machinery parts, components, and finished products to ensure they meet specified quality criteria
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to determine root causes of quality issues and develop solutions to prevent recurrence
  • Analyze data and trends to identify areas for improvement in product quality and provide recommendations to management
  • Establish and maintain quality documentation, including inspection reports, test procedures, and quality records
  • Train and educate employees on quality standards and best practices to ensure a culture of excellence and continuous improvement
  • Lead and manage a team of quality assurance technicians to ensure efficient and effective inspection and testing processes
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in mechanical engineering or a related field
  • 5 years of related experience in a manufacturing environment, preferably in Aerostructures
  • Must be able to travel internationally
  • Proven experience in quality management within the machinery industry
  • Strong knowledge of quality control methodologies, tools, and techniques
  • Excellent analytical skills and attention to detail
  • Proficient in using quality assurance software and tools
  • Strong leadership and team management abilities
  • Effective communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to adapt to changing priorities and work well under pressure
