About the Role

We are seeking a skilled RN to join our team as a Home and Ambulatory Infusion Specialist. As a member of our Providence Home Services Oregon team, you will provide direct nursing services and case management related to infusion therapy for patients in the home, clinic, or alternate living site.

Key Responsibilities
  • Collaborate with various providers, patients, and caregivers to deliver high-quality infusion therapy services.
  • Coordinate care with physicians and payors to ensure seamless patient transitions.
  • Provide education and support to patients and caregivers on infusion therapy and related topics.
  • Participate in quality improvement initiatives to enhance patient outcomes and satisfaction.
Requirements
  • Education to meet certification, license, or registration requirements.
  • Oregon Registered Nurse License upon hire or Washington Registered Nurse License upon hire or National Registered Nurse Compact License upon hire.
  • National Provider BLS - American Heart Association upon hire.
  • Unencumbered Registered Nurse License in state(s) of hire, and wherever care is delivered upon hire.
Preferred Qualifications
  • 1 year experience with acute hospital care, infusion, or home health.
