Key Responsibilities:
- Hold a Bachelor's degree from an accredited institution with 6-8 years of relevant experience.
- Minimum of 5 years' experience in Site Installation and Commissioning or Engineering/Technology activities with a focus on specification and design.
- Experience in Engineering or Project Engineering is a plus.
- Possess a solid technical background with Engineering or Technical Service experience in flange-to-flange / Systems Engineering.
- Serve as the primary technical liaison for the site team, collaborating with Engineering for effective project execution.
- Acquire comprehensive knowledge of technical documentation and machinery data to ensure alignment with customer requests.
- Provide project leadership and technical guidance for identified opportunities, implementing robust technical risk management and mitigation strategies.
- Assist in Engineering planning and resolution of related issues.
- Lead technical discussions with stakeholders regarding project-related matters.
- Exhibit a strong customer service orientation.
- Communicate complex technical information effectively to customers and teams with varying levels of technical expertise.
Qualifications:
- Ability to interpret Engineering documents (such as P&ID, Data sheets, Cause & Effect charts, Field instrument lists, O&M manuals, etc.).
- Capable of understanding various Service Requests, summarizing technical issues concisely.
- Collaborate with Engineering team members, Field service engineers, and Digital team members to ensure timely task delivery.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office tools (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
