The technician will utilize designated cleaning agents and supplies in accordance with established protocols, ensuring all duties are executed with professionalism and integrity.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct routine cleaning of assigned areas, ensuring a tidy and sanitary environment.
  • Perform diverse environmental service tasks, including daily sanitization with germicidal cleaners, high dusting, and window cleaning.
  • Maintain tiled floors by dust mopping and damp mopping, ensuring they are free from dust, dirt, and stains.
  • Utilize cleaning chemicals and supplies as per established procedures, ensuring proper dilution and labeling.
  • Operate and maintain cleaning equipment correctly, reporting any safety hazards promptly.
  • Manage the disposal of trash and hazardous waste in designated areas.
  • Distribute clean linens to patient areas and collect soiled linens as required.
  • Adhere to infection control protocols, including hand hygiene and the use of appropriate disinfectants to prevent infection spread.
  • Work independently with minimal supervision.
  • Perform additional duties as assigned.

Additional Information:

Preferred Qualifications: Valid Driver's License

Physical Demands: Medium to heavy physical effort, with the ability to exert up to 35 lbs. of force.
