Job Summary:

We are seeking adjunct instructors to teach nursing courses in our BSN Pre-Licensure Program. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in nursing education and experience in teaching clinical rotations, skills lab instruction, and didactic courses. The successful candidate will be responsible for developing and delivering high-quality educational content, evaluating student performance, and providing feedback and support to students.

Responsibilities:

  • Teach nursing courses in our BSN Pre-Licensure Program, including clinical rotations, skills lab instruction, and didactic courses.
  • Develop and deliver high-quality educational content that aligns with the program's curriculum and learning objectives.
  • Evaluate student performance and provide feedback and support to students.
  • Participate in program development and evaluation activities, including curriculum revision and accreditation processes.
  • Collaborate with other faculty members and staff to ensure a cohesive and supportive learning environment.

Qualifications:

  • Master's or Doctoral degree in Nursing or a related field.
  • Valid nursing license in Minnesota or Wisconsin, depending on the clinical site.
  • At least 3 years of experience in nursing education and/or precepting.
  • Excellent written and oral communication skills.
  • Ability to work effectively in a team environment.
