Position: Cafeteria Line Server
We are currently seeking dedicated Cafeteria Line Servers to join our team. This role involves engaging with guests in a friendly manner, assisting in food preparation, and serving meals at our dining facility.

Work Schedule:
Part-Time shifts available, including split shifts on weekends.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Prepare food according to menu specifications and guest requests.
  • Serve meals to guests with a focus on quality and presentation.
  • Restock food and beverage stations to ensure availability.
  • Address guest inquiries and provide assistance as needed.
  • Maintain cleanliness in the dining area during service.
  • Engage with guests to create a welcoming atmosphere.
  • Collaborate with team members to ensure a safe and sanitary environment.
  • Perform routine cleaning and sanitation tasks.
Essential Competencies:
  • Guest Engagement: Create a positive experience for guests by welcoming them warmly and expressing gratitude for their visit.

Qualifications:

  • Strong interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to stand and walk for extended periods.
  • Capability to lift and move items weighing 20+ pounds.
  • Experience in customer service or hospitality is preferred.
  • Fluency in additional languages is a plus.
Compensation:
Starting salary at $10.00.
