As a Shift Leader, you will play a vital role in driving our mission to build healthier communities by connecting people to real food. You will assist the management team with day-to-day operations and help create an inclusive environment where all feel welcome to enjoy a healthy meal together.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Create a positive work environment aligned with our mission, vision, and values.
  • Deliver exceptional customer experiences.
  • Ensure team and guest safety by following operational policies and procedures.
  • Assist with new team member training and provide feedback where needed.
  • Follow all food safety practices and restaurant cleanliness expectations in accordance with company guidelines.
  • Ability to use electronic systems, such as computers and tablets.
  • Manual ability to operate cutting tools and kitchen utensils.
  • Have schedule flexibility to include availability for opening shifts, closing shifts, and weekends.
  • Physically able to lift up to 25 pounds and stand for long periods of time.

Requirements:

  • 1+ years of experience in a Shift Leader/Supervisor role.
  • Experience in a restaurant, retail, or hospitality role (preferred).
  • Ability to coordinate multiple tasks while maintaining required standards of operation in daily restaurant activities.
  • Ability to speak, write, read, and understand the primary language(s) of the work location.

Minimum Requirements:

  • Must be able to work a minimum of 12 hours per week.
