Senior Medication Care Partner Opportunity

About the Role:
  • Assist residents with daily medication administration, promoting independence and emotional support.
  • Maintain accurate charting documentation and report resident status changes promptly.
  • Coordinate medication orders and deliveries with pharmacies, guaranteeing timely receipt of medications.
  • Prioritize open communication among healthcare professionals, families, and staff, fostering a collaborative environment.
Requirements:
  • Minimum 1 year of caregiving experience in a community setting, including medication administration.
  • Current caregiver training/certification as specified by the state or willingness/ability to obtain.
  • First Aid and BLS certification, or ability to obtain.
  • Previous experience working in Independent Living (IL), Assisted Living (AL), Memory Care (MC), or Senior Living is an asset.
  • High School Diploma or equivalent.
