About the Role:- Assist residents with daily medication administration, promoting independence and emotional support.
- Maintain accurate charting documentation and report resident status changes promptly.
- Coordinate medication orders and deliveries with pharmacies, guaranteeing timely receipt of medications.
- Prioritize open communication among healthcare professionals, families, and staff, fostering a collaborative environment.
- Minimum 1 year of caregiving experience in a community setting, including medication administration.
- Current caregiver training/certification as specified by the state or willingness/ability to obtain.
- First Aid and BLS certification, or ability to obtain.
- Previous experience working in Independent Living (IL), Assisted Living (AL), Memory Care (MC), or Senior Living is an asset.
- High School Diploma or equivalent.
- Competitive salary: $42,000 - $55,000 per annum, based on experience.
