**Job Summary**
We are seeking a skilled Healthcare Professional to serve as a 2nd Shift Wellness Supervisor. The successful candidate will be responsible for maintaining the operations of Ernest P. Barka Assisted Living Community by providing daily guidance, feedback, and supervision to the second shift wellness staff.

**Responsibilities:**
  • Assist in maintaining the operations of Ernest P. Barka Assisted Living Community.
  • Provide daily guidance, feedback, and supervision to the second shift wellness staff.
  • Promote a nursing philosophy that maximizes the overall health and wellbeing of residents.
  • Collaborate with Personal Care Partners/Wellness Manager/General Manager to ensure residents are engaged and supported.

**Requirements:**
  • Graduate of an accredited School of Nursing (RN or LPN); RN preferred.
  • Minimum of three (3) years Health Care experience, Assisted Living environment preferred, with a minimum of two (2) years in a supervisory role.
  • An equivalent combination of work and experience will be considered.

  • Competitive salary: $43,000 - $57,500 per year.
