Job Summary

This position is located at the Corporal Michael J Crescenz VA Medical Center.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide oversight and administrative management of all clinical care services in the VA Medical Center, as it relates to access to care as applicable.
  • Lead program planning and execution for VHA-approved program of clinic practice management at the VAMC level.
  • Provide access related consultative services to the VAMC, VISN, and National Leadership.
  • Monitor business and clinical analysis recommendations across service lines to determine trends and impact at the facility level.
  • Determine and implement business strategies.
  • Serves as mentor and trainer to direct reports.
  • Develop, implement, and monitor a facility level plan for sustainment and continuous improvement.
  • Present continuous improvement plans to leadership, noting resource implications of recommendations.
  • Analyze and interpret complex data.
  • Research and prepare comprehensive reports.
  • Ensure the timely review, analysis, and adjustment of marketing strategies, plans, and programs with the marketing office to meet the organization's needs and the changing market conditions.
  • Provide administrative management for ambulatory care clinical support services.
  • This may include interpreting policies, developing and implementing local policies, defining administrative requirements, and/or providing advice to executive leadership on related issues.
  • Identify and provide necessary management development and training needs of key staff members.
  • Serve as the supervisor for a unit engaged in clinic access and data analytics.
