About the Role:
We are seeking a charismatic and motivated team member to join our Kona Ice crew as a Driver/Server. As a Driver/Server, you will be responsible for serving customers at various events and locations, providing exceptional customer service, and maintaining a positive attitude in a fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide exceptional customer service to customers of all ages
- Operate a mobile shaved ice truck at various events and locations
- Maintain a clean and organized truck, including restocking supplies and cleaning as needed
- Process transactions using cash or credit cards
- Work efficiently in a fast-paced environment with minimal supervision
- Communicate effectively with team members and customers
Requirements:
- Must be over 21 years old
- Must have a clean driving record and be able to drive a company vehicle
- Must be able to lift 25 pounds and stand for long periods of time
- Must have excellent customer service skills and a positive attitude
- Must be able to work a flexible schedule, including nights and weekends
