We are seeking a dedicated and passionate Early Childhood Educator to join our team at Communities United, Inc. as a Toddler Classroom Specialist.

About the Role

This is a full-time position that requires a minimum of an Associate's degree and meeting MA EEC teacher qualifications. The successful candidate will have the opportunity to work with a diverse group of children and families, providing a developmentally appropriate toddler classroom experience.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Collaborating with the center team to ensure comprehensive services for each child and family in all areas, including health, nutrition, mental health, social service, community, and family engagement.
  • Assisting with curriculum planning and implementation, as well as child assessment and positive child interaction.

What We Offer
