Job Title: Interventional Radiology Technologist

Job Description:

Planet Healthcare is seeking a skilled Interventional Radiology Technologist to join their team. As a travel Interventional Radiology Technologist, you will have the opportunity to work in a dynamic and challenging environment, providing high-quality patient care and contributing to the success of the healthcare team.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Perform imaging procedures using various imaging modalities, including fluoroscopy, ultrasound, and CT scans.
  • Assist radiologists with procedures, such as biopsies and injections.
  • Prepare patients for procedures, including explaining the procedure, positioning the patient, and maintaining patient safety.
  • Operate imaging equipment, including CT scanners, MRI machines, and ultrasound devices.
  • Collaborate with radiologists, nurses, and other healthcare professionals to ensure seamless patient care.

Requirements:

  • Current certification as an Interventional Radiology Technologist.
  • Minimum 2 years of experience in Interventional Radiology.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks effectively.
