Position Summary

The Facilities Maintenance Cleaner is responsible for executing cleaning tasks as specified in the agreement between the company and the client. This role involves reporting any issues or suspicious activities to the designated supervisor or manager.

Key Responsibilities

  • Dispose of trash and recycling materials.
  • Dust, wipe, and perform spot cleaning on all surfaces.
  • Vacuum, mop, and wet mop assigned areas.
  • Thoroughly clean restrooms using disinfectants and bathroom cleaning products, restock supplies as necessary, remove waste, clean fixtures, mirrors, and dispensers, and sweep or wet mop floors.
  • Ensure that all lights are turned off and that doors are securely locked when exiting an area.
  • Maintain cleanliness and organization in storage closets.
  • Carry out additional tasks as directed by the supervisor.

Qualifications

A High School Diploma or equivalent is preferred. Reliable transportation is essential for consistent attendance. Candidates must be able to fulfill the physical demands of the role. A successful background check and drug screening are required in accordance with contractual obligations.

Position Details:

  • Part-Time Position
  • 14 hours per week
  • Flexible schedule from Sunday to Saturday
  • Compensation: $13 per hour
