Key Responsibilities

The successful candidate will be responsible for managing the facility design of new battery material manufacturing factories, including conceptual and detailed design, equipment procurement interface, and change management.

  • Lead cross-functional teams to develop and implement design management processes and tools at Sila.
  • Collaborate with internal stakeholders and external partners to drive engineering execution and related procurement activities.

Requirements

  • Minimum of 5 years experience in technical program management or engineering management.
  • B.S. in chemical, industrial, mechanical, manufacturing engineering or similar field.

What We Offer

Sila Nanotechnologies offers a comprehensive compensation package, including a competitive salary range of $151,000 to $191,000, depending on experience and qualifications.
