About the Job

We are seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Data Collector to join our team at Vision Government Solutions Inc. As a Data Collector, you will be responsible for inspecting and verifying details of commercial and residential properties required for property valuation.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Inspect and verify property details
  • Record and document property information
  • Work independently and as part of a team
  • Communicate effectively with clients and colleagues

Requirements:

  • 18 years and older
  • Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
  • Ability to stand and walk for extended periods
  • Ability to climb stairs and carry 5-10 lbs of equipment
  • Comfortable working outdoors in all seasons/weather
  • Effective verbal communication
