Key Responsibilities- Assess member needs and provide personalized retirement income strategies
- Develop and communicate effective retirement plans, including annuity sales and executive benefits
- Collaborate with team members to resolve complex issues and provide exceptional customer service
- Stay up-to-date on industry trends, tax law changes, and economic developments to inform retirement planning recommendations
- Conduct outbound calls to follow up on products and services, and participate in outbound call campaigns
- High School Diploma or General Equivalency Diploma required
- Life/Health license and FINRA Series 7, 66 (or 63 and 65) licenses required
- 4 years of financial industry and/or sales experience
- Experience delivering written and oral communication, processing and analyzing information, and resolving conflict
- Ability to work in an operating systems environment, multitask, and participate in teams
- US military experience or military spouse/domestic partner
- 3+ years of direct Annuity Sales Experience
- Experience working in an Inbound/Outbound Call Center
- Retirement Income Certified Professional Designation (RICP)
USAA offers a competitive salary range of $65,000 - $124,330.00, plus a comprehensive benefits package, including medical, dental, and vision plans, 401(k), pension, life insurance, and paid time off. We're committed to supporting our employees' physical, financial, and emotional well-being.
