Job Description:
- We are seeking a Client Relationship Manager to join our sales team. As an Account Associate - Sales Support, you will play a key role in building strong relationships with our clients and providing them with exceptional service.
Key Responsibilities:
- You will assist the sales team with administrative duties such as managing schedules, organizing appointments, and handling communications.
- You will work together with the sales team to identify potential clients and generate leads through research and outreach activities.
- You will prepare and present sales presentations and proposals alongside the sales team, highlighting the advantages and features of our products/services.
- You will manage incoming client calls and inquiries, providing accurate information, resolving concerns, or directing them to the appropriate contact.
- You will maintain and update client databases to ensure that all client information is accurate and current.
- You will follow up with clients to confirm their satisfaction, address any post-sales questions, and provide ongoing assistance.
- You will generate sales reports, analyze sales data, track performance metrics, identify trends, and suggest improvements.
- You will stay updated on industry trends, products/services, and competitor activities, offering insights and recommendations to enhance the sales process.
- You will collaborate with team members to ensure a seamless and efficient sales workflow.
- You will handle confidential information with discretion and uphold professional ethics.
Requirements:
- A high school diploma or equivalent is required; a bachelor's degree in business, finance, or a related field is preferred.
- Experience in sales, particularly within the insurance sector, is advantageous.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills to effectively engage with clients and build relationships.
- Proficient negotiation and persuasion skills to close deals and meet targets.
- Competent computer skills, including familiarity with insurance-related software and CRM systems.
- A valid insurance license or the ability to obtain one within a designated timeframe (requirements vary by location).
- Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and capable of working both independently and collaboratively within a team.
Estimated Salary: $65,000 - $85,000 per year
