Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement effective security protocols to prevent and respond to security threats
  • Lead and manage a team of security personnel to ensure compliance with TSA regulations and procedures
  • Collaborate with law enforcement agencies and other stakeholders to share intelligence and best practices
  • Conduct regular security assessments and audits to identify areas for improvement
  • Develop and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including airport management and airline representatives

Requirements

  • U.S. Citizenship or U.S. National status
  • Ability to obtain a Secret Clearance
  • Completion of a favorable Background Investigation (BI)
  • Pass a pre-employment drug screening and random drug/alcohol testing
  • Selective Service registration

Working Conditions

This position requires the ability to work in a fast-paced environment with frequent deadlines and changing priorities. The selected candidate must be able to work effectively in a team environment and communicate clearly and concisely with stakeholders.
