Job Summary:
We are seeking a highly skilled CNC Tech Manager to join our team at Razorjack Recruiting/RG Resources. As a key member of our operations team, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of our CNC machines, ensuring maximum productivity and efficiency.
Key Responsibilities:
- CNC Machine Expertise: You will have extensive knowledge of CNC machines, including setup, operation, and troubleshooting.
- Leadership and Management: You will lead a team of CNC operators, providing guidance and support to ensure they have the skills and knowledge needed to perform their duties.
- Process Improvement: You will identify areas for improvement and implement changes to increase productivity and efficiency.
- Training and Development: You will develop and implement training programs to ensure that CNC operators have the skills and knowledge needed to perform their duties.
- Quality Control: You will ensure that all products meet quality standards and implement corrective actions when necessary.
- Inventory Management: You will manage inventory levels, ensuring that we have the necessary materials and supplies to meet production demands.
- Communication: You will communicate effectively with cross-functional teams, including production, quality, and engineering.
Initial Responsibilities:
- Short-Term Operations: You will be responsible for running CNC machines until additional help is developed.
- Consultation: You will consult with the production team to identify areas for improvement and implement changes to increase productivity and efficiency.
