Overview:
This role is pivotal in providing technical leadership within the organization, involving direct supervision of team members and interaction with external partners. The primary focus is on conducting in-depth vulnerability assessments across a wide range of systems, including industrial control systems and mobile applications.

Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct comprehensive vulnerability research and assessments.
- Lead a team in identifying and analyzing security weaknesses.
- Collaborate with various stakeholders to enhance security measures.

Qualifications:
  • Proven experience in security research and vulnerability assessment, typically acquired over several years.
  • Strong background in network protocol analysis, utilizing tools such as Wireshark.
  • Deep understanding of prevalent security vulnerabilities and the technical acumen to execute various attack methodologies.
  • Experience in leading teams, usually gained through years of professional practice.
  • Familiarity with security consulting practices is preferred.
  • Solid technical knowledge of vulnerabilities and their exploitation, covering:
    • Microsoft Windows environments.
    • UNIX systems.
    • Common networking infrastructures.
  • Awareness of vulnerability intelligence sources, including commercial vendors and government resources.
  • Exceptional analytical skills, with the ability to defend findings against opposing views.
  • Knowledge of premium intelligence services.
  • Capability to work with incomplete data, applying logical reasoning and analytical rigor.
  • Quick adaptability to new technologies and industry developments.
  • Strong communication and presentation skills.
  • Experience in sectors such as government or utilities is advantageous.

Desired Certifications:
  • CISSP certification is required or in progress.
  • Additional security certifications, such as Certified Ethical Hacker (CEH), are preferred.
