  • Performance Evaluation: Conduct regular performance evaluations of team members, providing feedback and coaching to improve performance.
Requirements
  • Experience: Minimum of 5+ years of experience in landscape architecture, with a proven track record of managing projects and leading teams.
  • Education: Bachelor's Degree in Landscape Architecture or Urban Planning from an accredited university or college.
  • Registration: Registered Landscape Architect in the state of Texas or ability to obtain within 6 months of hire.
