Your tasks will include day-to-day engagement with store employees, utilizing a mobile device provided by Hallmark to report time, provide feedback, and answer surveys for required merchandising activities. You will also be required to work on holidays like Valentine's Day, Easter, Mother's Day, Father's Day, Halloween, Thanksgiving, and Christmas, with additional days and extended hours during these periods.

The ideal candidate should have excellent communication skills, strong attention to detail, and the ability to work independently. We offer a competitive salary of $13.75 per hour, paid training, travel time, and mileage reimbursement.
