Your Role

  • Provide ongoing support to our counselor network, ensuring they are equipped to deliver exceptional clinical care.
  • Conduct regular audits of clinical records to maintain compliance with insurance standards.
  • Assist in refining operational procedures related to insurance acceptance on our platform.
  • Act as a point of escalation for complex inquiries, facilitating cross-functional collaboration to resolve issues.
  • Evaluate qualitative and quantitative data, offering constructive feedback to counselors.
  • Monitor the qualifications and experience of counselors seeking to join our platform.
  • Engage proactively with counselors to gather feedback and enhance satisfaction.
  • Collaborate with our Engineering Team to articulate and implement new product ideas and enhancements.
  • Stay informed about regulatory changes and communicate updates to ensure compliance with mental health standards.
  • Work closely with our Creative Director and participate in public speaking engagements and media interactions.

Qualifications

  • Understanding of confidentiality laws at both state and federal levels.
  • At least one year of experience as a therapist with BetterHelp within the last two years.
  • Data-driven decision-making skills with a strong analytical background.
  • Excellent communication skills, including public speaking abilities.
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment while working independently.
  • Strong organizational and problem-solving skills.
  • Tech-savvy with the ability to master complex systems.
  • Attention to detail and a reliable internet connection.
  • Successful completion of a background check.
