About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Principal Technical Systems Analyst to join our team. This individual will partner with key stakeholders to design and implement business systems solutions that drive operational efficiency and achieve strategic objectives. The ideal candidate will have extensive knowledge of product features, relevant regulations, and administrative systems and processes.

Key Responsibilities
  • Implement and maintain product configuration in industry-standard eApplication systems: Hexure FireLight, iPipeline Affirm, Zinnia AnnuityNet (AN4).
  • Design solutions to realize operational opportunities, especially in complex areas requiring high-level business systems expertise.
  • Collaborate with key stakeholders to deliver significant improvements in accuracy and efficiency.
  • Lead the creation of processes, applications, and models essential to successfully delivering on operational objectives.
Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • 11+ years of experience in technical roles, with a strong focus on Hexure FireLight, iPipeline Affirm, Zinnia AnnuityNet (AN4), and financial service business acumen.
  • A four-year degree in computer science, information systems, business administration, or a related field, or equivalent work experience.
  • Comprehensive technical skills at an expert level in insurance product features and mechanics, programming concepts (XML, JSON, Java), administration systems, and relevant regulations.
