Key Responsibilities

  • Stay up-to-date with the latest technologies and trends, applying knowledge to continuously improve the customer experience and drive business growth.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to complete projects and tasks as assigned by management, ensuring timely delivery and high-quality results.
Requirements
  • High school diploma or equivalent, with a bachelor's degree preferred.
  • 5+ years of relevant technical and customer service experience in systems analysis, implementation, and support for current technologies.
  • One or more of the following certifications are required: Microsoft Azure Fundamentals, Google Foundational, VMware VCTA, Cisco CCST, M365 Certifications, Fortinet NSE4, ComptTIA Network+, ComptTIA A+, Apple Certified Support Professional.
  • Strong technical knowledge of current Windows Desktop and server Operating Systems, Windows Active Directory/Azure, common desktop applications, current Exchange Server/M365/Mail services, supporting firewalls, switches, and security functionality, common TCP/IP services, and current Cloud services and technologies.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with clients and internal stakeholders.
  • Strong problem-solving instincts, analytical skills, and ability to work independently with limited supervision.
