  • Manage the issuance of tools, equipment, and parts to personnel while maintaining accurate records of items distributed and returned.
  • Assist in locating lost or misplaced tools, equipment, or parts.
  • Receive, unpack, and organize incoming tools, equipment, or parts, and proactively requisition stock to maintain inventory levels.
  • Input necessary data into business operations software, adhering to purchasing and receiving protocols.
  • Inspect tools, equipment, or parts for any defects or wear, promptly reporting any issues to supervisors.
  • Ensure all parts are kept clean and organized in designated locations.
  • Perform clerical tasks as assigned by management.
  • Actively participate in weekly and monthly team meetings.
  • May interact with purchasing and receiving departments, service or lubricate tools and equipment, and deliver items to workers using appropriate methods.

Required Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities:
