We are seeking a skilled Electronics Repair Specialist to join our dynamic team. The successful candidate will collaborate closely with production personnel, leveraging their expertise to prepare, troubleshoot, and enhance our electronic products, including our flagship offerings and various circuit boards and cables.
Key Responsibilities:
- Diagnose and repair circuit card assemblies with precision.
- Prepare kits of components for assembly and liaise with vendors.
- Conduct tests and diagnostics using company circuit analyzers.
- Fabricate small cable harnesses as required.
- Evaluate and test incoming products, such as cables from suppliers.
Qualifications:
- Exceptional analytical and problem-solving abilities, with a focus on component-level troubleshooting.
- Proficient in interpreting technical drawings, diagrams, and schematics.
- Experienced with electronic laboratory instruments, including multimeters, oscilloscopes, and signal generators.
- Strong soldering skills and experience in component replacement; certifications are advantageous.
- Familiarity with small hand tools and wire crimpers used in cable harness production.
- Effective verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to follow detailed instructions.
- Knowledge of MIL SPEC / Military style connectors is beneficial.
- Basic computer skills, including proficiency in MS Office and data entry software.
- Associate's degree or technical certification in electronics, focusing on assembly, installation, repair, troubleshooting, and maintenance of electronic systems.
- A minimum of 5 years of relevant experience is preferred.
- Ability to thrive in a team-oriented environment while also being a strong independent contributor.
