Job Opportunity

New Communities Inc is seeking a dedicated and compassionate Certified Residential Medication Aide (CRMA) to join our team at our assisted living/senior living home in Farmington, ME.

Job Summary

We are looking for a caring and detail-oriented individual to provide high-quality care to our residents. As a CRMA, you will administer medications, provide personal and medical care, and inspire residents to participate in fun activities.

Responsibilities
  • Administer medications to residents as prescribed by physicians
  • Provide personal care to residents, including bathing, dressing, and grooming
  • Assist residents with daily activities, such as eating, walking, and using the bathroom
  • Monitor residents' vital signs and report any changes to the nursing staff
  • Participate in recreational activities with residents, such as games, arts and crafts, and outings
Requirements
  • High School diploma or equivalent required
  • 18 years of age or older
  • Experience in direct care preferred, but willing to train
  • Ability to communicate effectively with residents and coworkers
