Salary

The successful candidate can expect a competitive salary ranging from $60,000 to $70,000 annually, with up to 10% in an annual discretionary bonus.

Job Description

The Construction Project Manager Assistant will provide administrative, technical, and clerical support for project teams. This role requires a critical eye for detail, computer literacy, strong communication, and organizational skills.

A day in the life of an MCN Build Assistant Superintendent involves scheduling subcontractors, consultants, and vendors in critical path to ensure timely completion. The ideal candidate will possess a passion for getting the job done, representing the firm confidently, and ensuring compliance with safety, health, and environmental quality standards.

Required Skills and Qualifications

  • A minimum of 6 months of field or related experience
  • High School Diploma
  • Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to work with individuals at all levels
  • Proven organizational and analytical skills
  • Demonstrated ability to read, understand, and interpret drawings, contract/insurance documents, and forms
