About the RoleAs a Customer Service Expert at Percepta, you will play a vital part in delivering an exceptional experience to our clients. This is an exciting opportunity to join our team and contribute to creating innovative customer solutions.

In this role, you will act as a guide, teaching and guiding consumers through our savvy and innovative technological experience. Our goal is to provide an exceptional experience to our guests, to build a strong loyalty to the program. In this role, you will be focused on building relationships with members and providing an outstanding experience where they are delighted.

You will work closely with our team to ensure that every interaction is seamless and enjoyable for our customers. You will be responsible for providing insightful advice and direct support to members in need, diagnosing issues and providing resolution with teaching and guidance. Your passion for exceptional customer service, the automotive industry, and cutting-edge technology will make you an ideal fit for this role.

  • A starting pay rate of $16.00 per hour; some positions may pay up to $20.00 per hour + $2.00 per hour premium for the bilingual skill (based on experience and other factors)
