Key Responsibilities of the Chief of Emergency and Critical Care Services (RN):
- Oversee a total of 120 beds within the Emergency Department and Critical Care Services, leading a dedicated team of over 350 full-time employees, including five (5) direct reports across both departments. Each area is well-supported by a team of managers and educators.

Qualifications for the Chief of Emergency and Critical Care Services (RN):
- A Master's degree is preferred; a Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN) is required.

- At least five (5) years of clinical experience in Emergency Department nursing (ICU experience is also beneficial).
