Key Responsibilities

  • Provide attentive and personalized service to guests, ensuring their needs are met and exceeded.
  • Develop a thorough knowledge of our menu, including ingredients, preparation methods, and beverage options.
  • Work collaboratively with the kitchen and other service staff to ensure seamless service delivery.
  • Manage tables effectively, ensuring prompt service and maintaining a clean and organized dining area.
  • Process transactions accurately and efficiently, using our point-of-sale system.
  • Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures, including health and safety standards.
  • Participate in ongoing training and development to enhance your skills and knowledge.

Requirements

  • Minimum 2 years of experience as a server in a Casual or Fine Dining establishment.
  • Ability to acquire a valid Texas Food Handler Card within 30 days of hiring.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a warm and welcoming demeanor.
  • Ability to work a minimum of 40 hours per week, including evenings and weekends.
  • Physical stamina to stand for periods of up to eight (8) hours and lift 30 pounds.
